Why did we make changes?

We're a modern AI company. Our email signature reflects that.

Instructions

Easy does it

1

Select and copy

Select the whole signature block — top to bottom — and copy it

2

Paste it, baby

In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, then paste it in

3

Customize it

Make it yours: Update your name, email, phone number, etc.

Light and minimal

The thin signature

For admin, operations, engineering — anyone whose emails are about getting the work done, not about the product. If a customer or partner isn't the one you're emailing, keep it light. And for all replies.

Driving awareness

The product-driven signature

For product, marketing, and anyone else who talks about what we do without being the one who closes it. No "book a demo" here — on purpose. Once someone's curious enough to want a conversation, that's sales' job, not yours. You point them to the product page instead; that's where the real conversation should start.

Driving conversion

The sales-driven signature

For anyone whose job is to turn interest into a meeting. This is the only signature with a direct "book a demo" — because closing belongs to sales, and everyone else's job is to get someone curious enough to find their way to them.
