Leveraging AI in X-ray incidental findings — and introducing TBS Osteo V4

Radiologists review enormous volumes of X-rays for reasons that have nothing to do with bone health — but many of those images already contain the information needed to flag a patient's fracture risk.

This workshop, one of two Medimaps hosted at RSNA 2023, explores how AI can help surface those incidental findings rather than let them go unexamined.

The session also introduces TBS® Osteo V4, the next generation of Medimaps' core software, including an expanded approach to patient eligibility designed to work across a wider range of body types and clinical presentations.

What you'll learn

Together, the two topics point in the same direction: using imaging that's already being captured — and software that's continuing to improve — to catch bone fragility risk earlier in the patient journey.
