Medimaps expands CARPL partnership, bringing TBS Reveal and RBfracture together on the world's leading radiology AI marketplace

Medimaps Group has expanded its partnership with CARPL.ai, bringing TBS Reveal™ onto CARPL's marketplace alongside RBfracture™, giving radiology departments access to both AI applications through a single integration

Geneva, Switzerland — July 27, 2026

Medimaps — the creator of TBS® (Trabecular Bone Score®), the global standard in bone microarchitecture assessment — today announced an expanded agreement with CARPL.ai that brings TBS Reveal™, its AI software for opportunistic bone-fragility assessment from routine X-rays, onto CARPL’s marketplace alongside RBfracture™, Radiobotics’ AI-powered trauma-detection solution.

Through a single CARPL integration, radiology departments can now access two Medimaps AI solutions that sit at different points in the same care pathway: TBS Reveal™, which surfaces bone-fragility risk before a first fracture occurs, and RBfracture™, which detects fractures and other trauma-related findings at the point of diagnosis.

“Radiology departments shouldn't need separate integrations for every stage of bone health. With TBS Reveal and RBfracture both available through CARPL, we can meet clinicians at the point where risk is first surfaced and again at the point where a diagnosis is confirmed, all through the systems they already use,"

said Gino Fiore, Chief Commercial Officer of Medimaps.

A marketplace built for scale

CARPL.ai is the world’s largest radiology AI marketplace and enterprise platform, offering more than 300 AI applications from over 100 partners through a single integration, procurement, and monitoring layer.¹

RBfracture™ has been available through CARPL’s marketplace since 2022 and recently supported a national-scale MSK AI deployment with Medica in the UK.²

“Healthcare needs AI that's easy to adopt. That's exactly what our partnership with Medimaps delivers. By bringing TBS Reveal alongside RBfracture on CARPL.ai, we're giving providers seamless access to two complementary solutions through a single integration and governance layer. When adoption becomes simple, it has a much better chance of reaching patients.,"

said Dhruv Sahai, Chief Operating Officer, of CARPL.ai.

What this means for bone health

This agreement is a step toward Medimaps’ vision to create an era where healthy bones are the norm. By making both TBS Reveal™ and RBfracture™ available through the same platform, Medimaps has the opportunity to reach more of the moments where bone health is decided — from an X-ray that may flag a fragility risk, to the read that confirms a fracture. The two products remain independently developed and regulated (TBS Reveal™ by Medimaps and RBfracture™ by Radiobotics ), but the agreement reflects how closely the two are working as a single company. Through CARPL’s growing marketplace, any radiology department can add either product without a separate integration or procurement process.

TBS Reveal™ is intended exclusively for healthcare professionals and is not available for purchase by the general public. TBS Reveal is a Class IIa medical device, CE marked under EU MDR 2017/745 (CE 2460). FDA clearance is pending; TBS Reveal is not available for clinical use in the United States. Manufacturer: Medimaps Group SA, Chemin du Champ-des-Filles 36A, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland. Always follow the instructions for use.
